For any boxing fans out there, the filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao - pound for pound king - is fighting against the puerto rican, welterweight champion Miguel Cotto next week on Nov. 14 Saturday night showing in HBO PPV. Pacquiao, nickname Pacman, is a small guy who started his boxing career at 106 pounds and because of his accomplishments of moving up in weight division and defeating bigger & famous boxers like Oscar DelaHoya and Ricky Hatton, Manny Pacquiao is the favorite against the heavier and stronger Cotto. Aside from being a famous boxer, I admire Pacquaio for being humble, religious and a philanthropist who donated thousands of dollars to the flood victims of Philippines last month. Whenever Pacquiao fights, life stops at the Philippines with zero-crime rate and unofficial peace agreement between government soldiers and rebels taking place so everybody there can peacefully watch their national hero fight against bigger odds. Obviously, Pacquaio is like David fighting Goliath who is Cotto here. Cotto can take alot of punishment and punches very strong something that Pacquaio can't but he is faster and trained by one of the best boxing coaches, Freddie Roach. So it'll very interesting and exciting to watch this fight. Check it out. www.hbo.com/boxing/events/2009/1114_pacquiao_cotto/index.html

[/img] sports.yahoo.com/box;_ylt=AqnU5jVIfVVZMX0D4yKVSwY5nYcBSapphire, does Manny "pacman" Pacquiao have god status? Pacquiao again won the fight - the best ever - earning him 7 titles in 7 divisions. Pacquiao was the best ever with hardly any scratches/bruises on his face whereas Cotto was all bloodied and his eyes nearly shut. But Cotto was a very strong opponent and it showed how Pacquiao still bested him. After the fight, I'm happy that Cotto congratulated to Manny and admitted "Manny is one of the best boxer's we've had of all time." Thanks Pacquiao and Cotto for giving us a great show. Remember Adzig, you could still watch the fight online from the links above.
I don't watch boxing, not my game. ;D

And when he fights, crimes stops in Philippines, a nation that loves him to death. Furthermore, Manny prays alot before and after a boxing match and he's a religious man plus his mother was seen praying the rosary in her hotel room while the fight was going on. Do you hear their prayers? I'm so proud when Manny said in a interview that when you believe in God, nothing is impossible. If not you, I'm sure there's a God out there answering his prayers and taking good care of him. In return, Manny set up a foundation to help the poor people and wants to run as a politician to further help his fellow countrymen.
