I really wanna do Astral Projection, and I know that I should be meditating, but I don't really think I'm doing it right. Can anyone help me out on how to do it the "right" way?

Well, for pure meditation, the lotus position is good I hear.....if you type that into google you will pull up numerous results and info. Meditation is just silencing your mind though and can be achieved by any position.....I lay down and meditate, but I hear other positions are better for various reasons. AP through meditation is difficult. Sapphire has some good methods in his books and I'm sure he would help you through private messages. You can also AP through lucid dreams or waking up early and going back to sleep. Many different ways.

There are multiple points to Astral Projection....and yes one way to help achieve it is through Meditation....however that is not the only way. If you search through my old posts I have gone through quite a few different things.
If you can clarify if it is astral projection, or meditation you want to do we can help further.
However, in the meantime (I was will not be around for the next couple days) one of the things I can recommend (as well as reading my old posts) is a simple exercise to help quite and focus your mind.
First just feel yourself relax, some people tense all their muscles, others simple sit/lay comfortably....really the positions doesn't matter too much...some positions allow for better flow of energy, but in the end...not a huge difference. So basically try to just relax physically. Next, if you have any racing thoughts, try to let them go, feel your mind relax Next, inhale deeply, and breathe out. As your exhaling say the number 5 with your mind 3 times, and each time you say it in your mind, visualize it as well. Inhale again deeply, and exhale slowly, this time saying and visualizing the number 4, three times over. Repeat this all the way to the number 1 At this point your thoughts should have calmed down, and allow you to focus on only a single thought. Be that thought of nothingness and clarity (going towards meditation), or be that to astral projection (which needs more relaxation, and going into a separation...I won't go into that right now though). Anyway, after the count, feel yourself relax more...focus on each part of your body one at a time relaxing more. Your head. Your neck. Your shoulders. Your arms. Your hands. Your torso. Your waist. Your legs. Your feet. Then feel your entire body relax more. At this point focus more on going inward, focusing on centering yourself. To help, simply count down in your mind from 10 to 9...slowly. At each number see yourself becoming more centered within.
At the end of this you will be in the state of mind necessary to continue on with a meditation, or to go to astral, or focus on healing, or any other number of things.
Hopefully that helps, it is but one technique, and I know I didn't expand on what to do after....but part of that is because what to do after is determined by your goal. The best thing to do is have a clear idea of what you want, and you should be able to get to it fairly easily.

I just had an AP through a lucid dream last night. I was randomly walking around in a courtyard looking area and noticed the the little shrubs or bushes lining the walkway and then I realized it was a dream/ap and became fully lucid and could do whatever I want. Practiced going through objects, flying, ect. Didn't last too long, though. This is one way I frequently AP.
I have never successfully left my body through a meditation session because of various mental blocks....have been times that I could...just decided not to. Though i did slide halfway out during one meditation session....when you meditate into a really deep trance...the vibes come...they can feel like an earthquake for me sometimes and that always causes me to lose my focus.

I dont know how to induce the condition to get it >< You probably have. You just don't remember it. We all project, and all do it every single night. Most of us just aren't lucid when we do it, or more commonly don't remember it. I think I've mentioned before tips on becoming lucid and maintaining it, but if you never remember any dreams, well here's something to try. Any time you have any remembrance of a dream (which you have stated that you DO get), write it down. Get in the habit of writing down all you can remember from any dreams. As you do, you will start to recall more and more...keep writing down more and more. This basically starts to program your subconscious into remember what has happened. After that you will start to have more lucid dreams, and then go on to take control of the projections from there (again, detailed in other posts of mine). Hopefully that can help.

It also helps to train yourself to wake after each dream because we actually have multiple dreams every night.
