I am here, as I have always been here.
However with so much chaos and suffering, I try to help where I can, in all aspects I can, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. All three pillars must be taken care of for one can only stand so long by itself. Unfortunately there are far too few willing to give more of themselves to help others while there is so great a need of it. Luckily, there are also those who do all they can.
But I digress....in answer, yes I am here, I am always here, and always available to help, such is my nature.

But we're all different people...as long as we make the commitment to be a better person each and every day, we'll all go to that potential we have. I wouldn't recommend being like someone else...but noticing a good trait/quality and trying to integrate it into yourself? Definitely worth it. I'm definitely not perfect, but trying to get better, every day, in every way. On a kind of related topic, but something that I've had to discuss recently (its like all the first year medical students think the same)...we aren't defined by one action, or one choice that suddenly changes us (well very seldom, sometimes we can have massive shifts, with things such as deaths). What does change and define us are the small choices we make each and every day. If we can't consciously try to make those choices better, then we cannot better ourselves. Its what we do each and every day. Sorry about the rant, but its just been way too common recently for me to need to say that, so I'll pre-emptively say it now...even though its not directed towards anyone, perhaps it may help someone.
