I am writing the book about how to master time travel, and I found many evidences that the aliens might be here to help the human race.

i reakon that some are trying to help.
but there is also some who are trying to manipulate the world too.

Aliens are helping us, but hurting us at the same time. I stand by what the conspiracy theory says. The U.S Government has a deal with the Greys and Reptillians. We get advanced technology from them, and they get to abduct us.

There is some information on the Nordics. Its all I know about them.

The Nordics: The Nordics are often seen with the Greys. It is not known what their roles are, however, some ideas have emerged as to their role. These could be: leaders, partners, slaves, allies, or helpers. They look very human. If you were to see a Nordic walking on the sidewalk, you would think of them as just another everyday person. They stand between 5 1/2 feet to 7 feet tall. They have blond hair and fair color skin.

Have you ever seen one? Also, are Nordics born into human families or just put here?

I think that Nordics are put here by the Greys.

I am open minded. But you got to figure that some races are hostile, while others are more friendly.

I can't really say for sure if these aliens are here to help or destroy the human race. But as darth has put it: some races have been inflicting genocidal warfare(and diseases) on other races,cultres.
