this is my 80th post.

okay yeah im bored. had like 5 coffee's today, so im trying to go to bed, but im kind of like jittering around the room trying to entertain myself, and i tried warming some milk and drinking it like a small c hild of some description but i really am NOT sleepy 0_o so for now i am attempting to entertain myself by making a completely irrelevent post, but hey, the board said post for the heck of posting ! though i assume that means with a conversation which would actually stimulate another person in some way shape or form, ehich i guess this is doing none of. though i suppose if someone were to real all of this unduobtably long message that they would be able to deduce the intricasies , wow thats a rahter hard word to spell, but i can spell onomatopoeia, of the human mind while under the effect of a somewhat stressful day chased with a lot of coffee, and a grande cookie which was like, enough largeness ! and i mean this had like huge hunks of chocolate and stuff in it, it was also really quite soft and yummy. and i also bought some chicken from the store that was already cooked but it was a little dry so i didnt really like or wnjoy it, and it almost made my cat sick ! and well, i also had something really really cool ! which i doubt anyone in america would possibly understand the greatness of ! it was like, okay, brace yourself. a pastry. and in it, was.... scrambled egg, sausages, baked beans and something else, prolly bacon or something, in a pastry about as large as a CD, but it was rather flat aswell, id say only 2 cm, but just imagining what its doing to my body is driving me crazy. so at the moment im pretty much just running on caffeine, as this morning it was obviously my first day of a new job, so i was really nervous, and i had an awful nights sleep , then i woke up at about 4:10 am, and just knew there was no way i could go back to sleep, so i then went downstairs and ate a big bowl of cereal, and then proceeded to watch childrens cartoons for about an hour, which wasnt really that great, then i went to bed, finally fell asleep at 5: 50 am and then woke up at 7:06 am :< so i had rather a wacked out night of sleep. followed by a day of eating crappy food, drinking lots of coffee and generally having a whale of a time whilst doing so. and i viseted my gramma aswell. i like my gramma. and one im sure i saw my grandads ghost in her house on her stairs at a party once :< does anyone know if ghosts would attend family gatherings. im rather sure it was a gathering celebrating his life as well.

im gonna leave them uncorrected, as eye bleeding as it is, i think if you read it all, you will get an impresion of my rather chaotic mind at the end of a rather dull day. on the effect of caffeine and breakfast for dinner, in the form of a pastry.

ooh yeah, and it was an induction day at work today, me and all the other people starting the job had to get to know each other, UNCOMFORTABLE !

we wrote and decorated a book about ourselves, describing ourselves, hobbies etc.

i decorated mine with pink fur. a couple of feathers, shiny love heart stickers, stars and other such things. it looked really quite homosexual compared to all t he other books. but i figured i may aswell have fun while im describing myself in a relatively small bit of paper 0_o

Since you have probation period... there are couple of things, you have to watch out, then you will pass probation.

First--> Act charming. Give out compliments at work to your coworkers, or your boss, like ... 'the shirt looks good on you.' Be humorous... compliment on other's good work, especially your boss... like --> 'it is a stroke of genius.'


Major thing, people will get fired because a couple of things... A. don't fight on the job (no matter how you disagree with your coworker, don't fight on the job), just say, "I do not agree, but it is just my opinion."

B. No foul words, try to avoid these words...."f**k, crap, ass, screw, etc." You get the picture.

C. Do not say negative comment on the job, in between coworkers, like you do not like the job, because somehow this will go to your boss' ear. Always say something positive about the job, like ..." I like the job, it suit my personality." (Even though you really hate the job.)

Because your boss mostly likely will ask people around about you, so anything you said during the work place, some one will double cross you. Because people in corporate ladder, they will want to step up, sometimes by stepping on others.

Do not mean to be a hypocrite, but this is how you pass your probation. Remember, do not trust your co-worker, sometimes they could be the spy, always say something positive.

How I know, because these are the standards how I was evaluated by my previous bosses.

And this is how I evaluate the employees who work for me, there will be always someone ready to report bad habit of yours to your boss. The less they know about your personal life the better.

And it is better not to mention if you are gay, because some people might feel uncomfortable working around you. They will not say it, but they will act. Since you are young, you are not sure of it (being gay or not), either.

Just act normal on the job, then you will have a happy working environment.

Don't make enemy on the job, and act charming is important at the beginning of the job, also watch how other employee dress, you might want to dress like them, if they are Conservative, then you have to dress Conservative, the point is... Blend in, you have to blend in into this company, you are not here to change them, you become a part of them, so your superior will think you are the right person for the job.

Even though you might hate the job, just gain the precious experience working in this firm, these experience are priceless, and when you are not sure,,, just say, "I will get you back on that." Instead of just say, " I don't know." Or "No."

Or say, I will do a research and I will get back to you, then your boss will think you are good.

And handwritings, always keep it neat and write good reports, ... man, there are too many things.

Why aren't you a Assistant GM anymore?

I have a company of my own, still have to work like a slave.

One of the reasons I left that job, my boss was a lady, she was asking some sexual favors from me. Pardon me! But I was not going to screw my boss.

When went on a business trip, she told me that in order to save money on the company budget, she wants to share a suite with me. Guess what! She asked that we slept on the same bed, and she is a married woman, but you know.... I slept on the sofa bed in the living room. And she would pretend she was drunk and asked me to take her back to the hotel. Tug her in, but I still slept on the sofa bed; don't get me wrong ... she is very pretty but I was not going to budge. I have my principle.

I was not dating at the time, or pretty difficult to explain why we were sharing room. ;D

I was a perfect gentleman the whole time.



Don't think only women would be sexually harrassed, men could be too. But only thing is--> when a man is sexually harrassed by a woman, it is called... "His lucky day!"

Remember any test or games from the company ... they are trying to dig the reality of your personality. All discussions have purpose.

For example: If they give you a question like...

"Let's say you like the movie, but your friend likes dancing, and what are you going to do that day?"

The real question is they are trying to find out if you have "leadership."

Answer: We will go moive and we go dancing another day! This answer proves ... you have leadership.

If they asked, "what is your goal in 5 years?" If this question is asked by your boss, this means he or she is afraid you might take her or his job.

Don't say, "I want to be like you!" This means you will take his or her job, they might not like the answer, instead you should say, "I would like to enter a management job, if my qualification fit at that time."

This answer means you will not be his or her peer, and but you will advance yourself, you are a management material.

There are tricks in many things, but the company and boss they will play these on you to test your personality. They usually do not say what they meant unfortunately.

When they asked you, "What is your weakness?" Don't confess, just say, " I would like to get things done or I will not quit. " They might say, this is not weakness, just say, "To me, it is."

These answers quarrantee you to the management level. ;D
