I think it is possible
They have been talking about the tectonic plate separating from California for a long time...
What was it called - the San Andreas Fault that separates these plates...

I would say it is possible. Before 2012, there will be signs to signal the end of the earth.

I would say it is possible. Before 2012, there will be signs to signal the end of the earth. That is scary. I better inform my family & friends about it sometime next year just in case. Maybe it would be good to take a vacation around that time. Since I live in Northern California, I experienced some earthquakes here, the worst one being the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake measuring 6.9 on the richter scale.

You do not wanna be in California anytime from 2010 to 2012. The place is practically set for a huge disaster /

Either That or Hope they develop these super cool new age wonders ;D Researcher Discovers New Cloaking Methodwww.dailytech.com/Researcher+Discovers+New+Cloaking+Method/article15991.htmQuote From Article: "The cloaking method may be used to cloak objects from incoming waves like sound waves, sea waves, and seismic waves. This may one day lead to the ability to cloak buildings from earthquakes, oil rigs form tsunamis, and submarines from sonar. The researchers do acknowledge that practical optical cloaking for invisibility is years away."

But to make someone invisible like Harry Potter's invisibilty cloak is pretty much real as shown here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKPVQal851U&feature=related
