I finally saw this movie last night. I always put it off due to the extreme violence I've heard. Man, the torture and whipping of Jesus was too much especially using a spike-tips whip to lash & ripped the flesh off of Jesus's body. And in addition they turned him around and whipped his front side. Man, the cruelty. I wished someone could save and beat up these torturers. Also, they were whipping him while Jesus was carrying the cross. Enough already! How could they expect for Jesus to keep on moving when he was already severely tortured and loosing blood.
Sapphire, is this exactly how the Romans cruelly tortured him? I'm surprised how Jesus survived before his crucifixion. Jesus was definitely the bravest man in history who died for our sins.

I felt the same when I watched this movie.
There is another one older than the Passion. That one was also very Very disturbing. I felt sorry even for the guy in the movie.

Yes, that was how the Roman tortured him. And I am going to tell you one of the biggest secrets in this universe. That life, Jesus Christ who died on the Cross. Was not the Jesus Christ (God's son), but the GOD himself. Okay, now you must be confused. I will explain, that life GOD (the creator) actually came down to the earth to preach the religion. Instead of God's son, GOD came down himself. No one can tell the difference anyway. How I know? I was him. I did the time travel and found out this. When I did the time travel to that life, I suffered the pain all over again. And it is so vivid, I just do not understand why I wanted that life. And the face is a little round, but after death become narrower. See this post: sapphirelove.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=223&action=display&thread=1182

I bet your son Jesus was so upset seeing his father (you) being tortured.

While as a human lost identity, probably not sure who is who in that life. Haha, that's funny so you thought you were son of God. Maybe back then, you and Jesus agreed when you descend down to earth as human you will pose as son of God. And when you were born as human and named Jesus, you probably forgot you were actually the father of Jesus; thus, lost identity.

This is why I don't really like this earth, because since the past lives memories are lost. What is the sense if we are asking human to repent for their sins of past lives, since they do not remember anyway.

Well I'm glad (as I'm sure millions are as well) that God came to earth as Jesus Christ because it made us recognize about what God is really like. The Bible says, "The Son is the radiance of God's glory." Jesus's appearance in earth helped us understand God's glory. "The Word became human and lived among us. We saw his glory... a glory full of grace and truth."
Because of this the Gospel teachings was spread throughout the world creating countless followers and giving glory to God. Of course, sadly not everybody gives glory or worship Him well enough. However, the opportunity is there that God exist and if we love Him, we would follow him to Heaven.

You know I was wondering when Jesus was able to gain alot of followers during his time of teachings and performing miracles, then why did the crowd with the Jewish high priests before his cruxification told Pontius Pilate that they wanted Jesus to be cruxified when given the choice? Who are these people? They must not be the people who followed Jesus and witness His teachings & miracles. And if so, where are Jesus' people when He needed them? I know Peter, mother Mary & Mary Magdalene were among the crowd but were outspoken.
