The code name for the interrogation research project ran by the CIA. They explored such methods such as drugs and mind control. They've only released general information. They kept the most important vital information to themselves. Most likely outsourced so not directly under the CIAs jurisdiction though - then it doesn't have to be reported on the budget, not go to the board for review I will see if I can find anything out...

I think there's a few videos on youtube from project camelot, where they interviewed a victim of mk-ultra. Really interesting stuff in the video. And then there's Andy Pero.
Last I heard, their cloning a bunch new- generation mk-ultra victims. Actually, that reminds me. Jean Claude Van Damm has a new movie "Universal Soldier - Regeneration" where they did exactly that...
