Grr...-_-..what does thsi mean!?and..whats evne more bad.i cant remoev that dream from my head..someone help please! note:Also..can someone check if i am doing it right?my meditation? the Tsundere & Yandere are 2 types of girls ... note2:No i DONT want to fall inlove -_-.. i want to kick some Spirit @$$,save Spirit Souls, and Spam Astral Projection...asweall as Master Angel summoning-i call it that - never never never never! To begin with...she's a Tsundere...what i like is a Yandere.. Tsundere-a girl who could push you to a corner, tough outside but Insanely soft inside, shy but doesnt show Yandere-A girl who will remain dead loyal no matter what happens, would openly reject people in their faces once they have found someone they love...trying to take away a "Yandere" from her boyfriend would result with the Yandere KILLING-LITERALLY -the said stealer...if its a guy,2 slaps to the face would be enough and rejecion in public...Yandere are also the cute shy type -always shows it-XD aswell as psychotic ^^-Rare on the psychotic In real life- similarities: Yandere & Tsundere are cute,hard-to-get,and loyal..but Yandere is more loyal then the Tsundere..and Tsundere are tough -_-..in contrast to the soft Yandere ..but inside...the Yandere is very hard, the Tsundere is soft..Yandere are the best ^^ .. sadly no one in my class/batch level is a Yandere >_< bad sides: Tsundere-will drive ur patience...if your a pateint guy, what luck? a Tsundere is for you! gonna drive you up the wall and scares away-most of hte time-other guys who cant handle her Yandere-Stalkerish,Clingy..Disloyalty is the biggest mistake you could ever do to them ..they will terminate anybody in their way.. that best friend of yours thats a girl?TERMINATE!that girl next-door you always walk with?TERMINATE!,that sister of yours that wants incense?-TERMINATE!- *is thankfull im a 1-girl-4-life dude XD* and.update on that.. the day after that, she kept on talking to me o.o.. wierd...still.i HATE my feelings -_-..

Try this to help you remember things:
Keep a pen and paper (or pencil and paper, or charcoal and rock, whatever you want to write with lol) - and as soon as you find yourself waking up try NOT to move. Just try to remember everything, in the best detail you can. As you try to remember things, more will come to you, as more comes to you, you will keep getting more. Then as soon as you've gone through what happened a few times, write it all down. Then go back to sleep, or whatever you want to do.
Now the explanation. Every night everyone projects - just most often we don't realize it. We simply project because we do. That's where our spirit guides come in - they make sure we're ok because we have no idea what's happening. However, sometimes if we are lucid for it we will remember it. The reason I say try to remember it without moving is because often if your dream was actually a projection, right when you start to remember if your astral may still be "loosely" in your body - meaning you can remember what you did far better. As soon as you move your astral is cemented back into your body, and you lose the ability to recall some of the information. The reason I say write it down right away is that when you go back to sleep, even if you got all the details, you will forget many of them. Most likely because you will re-project, and not remember anything, because that projection will be like all the others, where you aren't lucid. But if you write it down, you can look at it again in the morning and see if there is any meaning behind it.
I also want to clarify one thing in case it gets misinterpreted. I am not saying *every* dream is an astral projection. For it isn't. Some dreams are not, some are. The most common type of "other" dream is random neural firing that goes on in the brain to reinfornce what we've learned that day, or the neural pathways we've used in our daily events that day. Think of it as web of signals that has to be sent, and the ones commonly used get reinforced in the nighttime to make sure they don't break, and we don't forget them. So that happens with signal pathways we've used that day, as well as other "important" pathways, such as running away from danger, often those dreams may not have meaning. They may be neuronal discharges and pathways going off to make sure an important signal/pathway isn't lost. In that case we may have a dream, or we may "hear" or "see" or "sense" something else if those neurons connected to our sense (eyes, ear etc.) are stimulated. However, those not by neuronal pathways are often associated with Astral. Either we are given something to think about through our dreams, or we have a target for something to happen, or we may randomly wake up in a projection. It all depends. One thing you can always do to check - can you change something that's happening in the dream, can you take an action that causes a response. If you can, chances are you're in astral. Its not a 100% method, but a pretty good way to see.
But, try what I mentioned at the top...it will help you to start recalling things, and will help you to start becoming more lucid in projections =)

I want to fall in love because in my other earth life I never found love. But I have a strange feeling that that has the potential to repeat itself.

Agreed to all - if there is not a way it is simply hidden, or you are simply looking at it the wrong way. Either go through the obstacle, persevere and overcome. Or find a different way to handle the situation. Or, what most people don't think...consider if an alternative is actually better. What we often do is get so set on doing a certain thing that when challenges come up we think "I have to beat this!" Granted, I usually try to beat the challenge for the fun of it. But often the thing that will advance you the MOST, is looking at all options and considering maybe there is a reason for it...perhaps another option is actually better. Now, that isn't say don't try, or give up...but the exact opposite. Try ALL things, because there is always a way to achieve your goal =) Just need to find which way that is.
