For those unable to project, all you need to do is enter a dream state. At that point you become lucid and become aware that you are dreaming. Then you can project anywhere or do anything you want. It is that simple.

It is that simple. Astral projection is not a dream state. If you think you are in dream stage then you are not doing it right.
It is a stage exit human body and enter astral, a lot of time you are still on earth looking at your own human body on the bed.
You are not dreaming, but you exited your human body. It is not a dream.
Like human who died and their souls exited the body, they are not dreaming either. Those ghosts live in another dimension, they are not dreaming either.
I have to correct this one.

I read that it's possible, but you would have to learn to be lucid while your dreaming, which for some people also takes training....

I have to correct this one. well its better to exit right after you lie down. that way u know ur in Astral ..! i know that when waking up in dreams sometimes you fall back to sleep / or you lose the memory of the time - that i could never really count as an AP ...

I'm pretty sure I posted some long responses on this as well...not sure who it was directed towards, but if you search I went through a ton of it before....I suppose I could find the link... But a quick clarification on what Sapphire said - yes if you are dreaming then you aren't doing it right. However, it is possible, since we do AP every night (we just aren't lucid) that you can try to hypnotize yourself or train yourself to "wake up" during the projection, and thus become lucid and continue on with the projection. However, I have found this leads to a shorter experience when compared to projecting from the beginning. But a dream is NOT an astral projection, it may involve parts of the astral, or have lessons being sent to you from astral, but usually you cannot control your actions in the dream, and the dream is filled with far too many subconscious thoughts (granted you also need to be wary of subconscious thoughts in astral, but to a lesser extent). As for what Adzi said - correct .....and now I know we went over this before, not sure the topic, I can find the post if someone really wants, or simply search for my old posts, it will be in there...

That alone can bring you AP,but ill give you 5-9 years (ow wait..time limit is 2 years ;D) rofl~ and...talking to decreased people?isnt it easy in AP? ;D
