Yet another "Just Checking In Post" from me.
This place never seems as active when I don't post regularly. =/ I apologize for not posting regularly but I'm still here lurking and reading.
My spiritual side continues to be out of shape. Tips on working it back up would be helpful.
I just need to get the motivation to start meditating again. I was going to start again last night but I let sleep come without thinking about it.
Without my spiritual side being aware I feel somehow more empty, less aware, and less strong.
I truly need to just start meditating again. I miss my former level of awareness. Although my awareness is still higher than the average Joe's I miss what I once had.
Physical tiredness used to never affect me but since I've lost my psychic awareness I had previously all sorts of physical things have been getting to me.

Success, I just attuned myself with my energy for the first time in awhile through a minor meditation.
I found my current crystal and attuned with its energy.
It now seems to have a glossy shine to it more than it had previously and is slightly more clear after that.

I did some cooling breaths to relax while sitting cross legged in my desk chair.
Then I relaxed every part of me and once I achieved that I stayed in that state awhile.
Lasted about thirty minutes.
