My mansion in heaven is partially burn

I projected into heaven to the mansion I used to own in heaven. I open the door and floated into the second floor found the mansion is partially burn.

Not sure why and who did this?

Saw a dummy standing there, making fire. What does this mean?

So I was in my younger brother's home. He was standing on the ledge. I opened the door and there was a street cleaner. He was dressed in black armor. He looked like a robot. He was burning the leaves with his blow torch. The leaves blew into the house so he was burning them in the house, but he was burning the floor also.
