Post-Passover. I think Jesus was arrested right after he cleansed Jerusalems' temple area. In the bib, he entered this place twice. The first was right after he entered on the day what is known as Palm Sunday. He, before the day ended departed the city, afterwards spend the night at Bethany, then came back to the temple the next day, where he witnessed merchants selling items at the temple. A sacrilege. That is when he became infuriated, cleaned house driving away those merchants and what apparently his actions made him an enemy of the Sanhedrin. See, he already broke temple laws. The temple guards were told to arrest him, seized and brought before the elders of Israel. There wasn't a trial yet, he was warned by the consul, afterwards, released because they feared an potential uprising by many of His followers. A few days later, he was officially tried and condemned to death. His own people wanted his blood
