Last night I had trouble falling asleep, so I decided to put on my Brainwave Technology CD in and started to relax very quickly. I noticed the vibrations very quickly and the whistling was xtra loud this time I heard it over the CD... Well next thing you know I notice my body is completly numb and as if I was falling very fast and not stopping, I could feel it in my gut. I started to slow down and lift my head up but I felt pinned down. I could not see anything just clouded darkness and nasty faces again (they don't scare me so they go away fast). I began to shake again and then a floating sensation started but I still could not see.
I had another experience that was almost the same except I didnt have the CD on and I taken a Hydrocodine (sp) and that really relaxed me to the point of feeling like I was having an OBE. Can taking a pill like that slip you into a an OBE? It relaxes the body just like you would when meditating.

Cool OBE experience. I don't get the whistling noises personally, but hear a lot of people do. I use a lot of brainwave genertor programs to meditate, but none of them ever produce astral projections for me. You must be good at entering trance states quickly.
I hear small to moderate amounts of alcohol and relaxant pills can help because they relax the body so much, but honestly, you don't need any of that. Especially something as strong as hydrocodine. Maybe I'm old fashion, but that might even be a little dangerous to leave a drugged up body. Just wake up early in the morning when your body is naturally asleep and then get up and kill about 30-40 minutes worth of time reading or watching tv or just walking around and then lay back down and keep your body still and your mind clear while faling alseep. Your body will easily go to sleep while you maintain a small amount of awareness, but enough to realize your body has fallen asleep and you can exit. This is the most productive method for me even if my mind drifts off a little during the process, it always comes through at the right key moment. ;D

I feel something or someone is trying to stop me from having one when I get that far. I don't take them to fall asleep or have obe's I take them for some pain I was in... I just noticed after taking it how I felt and it was almost the same.

Sapphire knows alot more than me about problems like this. But I have one question, do you have posters or pictures of anyone above your head where you sleep at night? Sometimes stuff like that can draw spirits that hold you down. Also, have you tried asking the help of a spirit guide or angel?

Interesting. I think sleep is amazing with what happens to your body and mind while you sleep. I often get the buzzing sound. A few times it had gotten so loud i thought that it was going to really hurt my ears, but it never does. But it sounds like you are getting close to exiting. I love the numb feeling along with the vibrations i think they are very cool. Although i am still having trouble exiting myself but i did have 1 conscience exit and it was an amazing feeling but i still was not in much control over it at all.

Its funny you ask cause this is the first time I asked for help from my guide and got nothing. Ive seen these faces well meditating before. They're very disturbing but im kinda used to them so they don't bother me...

Yes, it can be very awkard the first few times. Sometimes, I will only be able to make myslef fly forward or sink down without really being able to shift my body good and then have a hard time stopping my momentum. Like anything else, though, it definitely gets easier with practice.

What do you do to try to get yourself to shift your body well having the falling sensation?

Which means you can exit without help from any source. Try not to rely on anything.

Judging to your words ... you seems have no clues about how to project, I will teach you some basics in PM (Private Message), you can PM me about what are the methods you are using, I will tell you which maybe wrong or even will prevent you from projecting.

It just so happened that I had that same feeling when I try to have an OBE...
