Is there a way to train myself so that I can have projections more frequently?
For me, it seems that I am not in control of when I am able to project. Most times, I will relax myself to sleep. But every now and then it happens.

But every now and then it happens. Yes, there is a way. But it got to do with how fluent you are with astral projection. How often you project in a week? (I can project several times in one day, but each time gets harder.)

And why you want to project so many times? Just curious.

I am only able to project about once per week. And most of those projections are very short, usually because I project early in the morning or in the middle of the night.
And now that you have told me in PM what the difference was between lucid dream and astral projection; I am excited to get out there more often. ;D
