Hello folks! This is my first time here in this forum, and here is my story if you care to read. I’ve bought many books on how to achieve out of body experience to no avail. I mean, whatever I did, whatever I tried, whatever book I read did not help at all. I got more and more frustrated and got angry. At some point, I was heartbroken for failing to achieve conscious OBE because I wanted so much more than anything. Whose books have I read, if you ask? Robert Monroe’s, Robert Bruce’s, Robert Peterson’s, William Buhlman’s, V. M. Beelzebub’s. I’ve read it all. Have I had any results? No! I’ve listened to BrainWave and HemiSync audio files every single night and fell asleep listening to them. Did any of them help? No! Some recommended that I should lie on my back for 20 minutes and relax and go into sleep paralysis. Within 20 minutes, they said that the body would send a very strong signal to your mind saying “I am uncomfortable. Change your position in bed”. The body is just testing if the mind is still awake, so ignore all urge to move, and you will eventually go into sleep paralysis. One time, I laid on my back for more than 2 hours. Still, I had no results. I mean, I can lay there without moving a hair for days until I get a bed burn. I still don’t get any results. Robert Monroe writes a 200 page book and gives only a few examples. I have a big problem with visualization. I just can’t seem to visualize anything. I am so frustrated by the lack of ability to visualize anything. For me, trying to visualize is like expecting a pig to fly. So, you got the picture. Then, I came across Robert Bruce’s book where visualization is not required. And I said to myself, “great!”, but ended up tensing and brushing my body parts every single day with no results. I mean, form tensing my butt cheeks, they still hurt, and I haven’t left my body yet. I mean, all the books I read had great “4 and a half star” reviews at Amazon.com, and I thought they would help me. so, I bought and read them all, but I am still frustrated. I am sure all the authors whose books I’ve read were genuine and wrote books to help people achieve OBE. I guess everybody is different, and what works for you may not work for me. maybe it is just that I could not find something that works for me yet. Do you think this book “Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe” by Sapphire with great reviews would work for me once and for all? Thanks and sorry for the long posting

You HAVE to be very relaxed to ap. Your body has to fall into a very deep sleep or trance for your soul to be able to leave it.
Don't try too hard.

Thanks and sorry for the long posting Hey, moroder, I want to thank you very, very much for coming to this forum. I have read those books you mentioned, and I know clearly they do not work, I am trying to tell everyone in astral projection field, that their methods do not work, and some of them which include Robert Bruce and John Magnus are using remote viewings, but they could not tell themselves. (This is the reason these writers are running after me, trying to kill me. ) Robert Monroe is good but there is still some mistakes over there. And there are some other books... there are so many mistakes, I could not help thinking... these are the reason they do not work. You get this book "Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe." I will personally train you. The reason to get this book is because there are many details you will have to follow. These are simple details. Astral projection is not difficult, but there are certain of way to do it. And the accurate astral projection is able to exit your soul and enter other dimensions and able to come back. You will be able to see your own astral body, hands, legs, even clothes, the rest of writers, they do not even see their own astral bodies. Most members after they get this book, they are able to project, if you still not able to project, I can do astral projection to check what is happening to you or remote view your process. So, you are in good hands. Get this book first from Merlin-Books (authorized seller of all my books) in Amazon.com. After you get this book you will know why all the rest book why they have wrong theories and why they do not work. And I will personally train you, you have my words.

This skill is not difficult, but it is very stubborn and only a certain of way to achieve it.
After you get the book, forget about all the rest of the books and theories. Or they will become an obstacle to you.
I want to ask you: Are you in any medical situation? Taking any drugs regularly? The serious ones might affect your astral projection.

Thank you for your warm welcome, Sapphire. I also like to thank you for your time and commitment to help me as well. It is very nice of you.
I am ready and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve OBE or AP. I just want to move beyond the physical plane and find my own truth.
I am after nothing but spiritual and personal knowledge and growth, knowledge and growth that are above and beyond the worries and struggles of the mundane and dull physical plane.
I will go ahead and order the book at Amazon. If not Sunday, I should be able to receive the book on Monday.
As for your question whether I am any medication or not, No! I am not on any medication. The only thing I use is all-natural herbal multi-vitamins and also c vitamin.
And also not on the days I practice OBE, but on other days I occasionally drink beer and wine. ;D
Thank, Sapphire.

While waiting you to get the book, there are couple of concepts I need you to know first. During astral projection, it depends on how far you project to, most of the time, may not be the 'earth.' There are actually heaven, hell, purgatory, and other part of universe. Most writers just generalize them as astral planes. Those dimensions are 'real' and they are there. These worlds are NOT the duplicate of the earth. Like most writers think. They are actually other worlds. By learning astral projection, will widely expand your vision about the universe. ;D Finally, keep this in mind, astral body is actually your ' SOUL,' you will exit out of your human body and temperately enter other dimensions. Human body is a vessel, that your soul temperately use this body to enter the earth. When you are done with the earth, then you abandon this human body, and your soul comes out. This concept is important.

I totally believe that my physical body is just a temporary shell. The real me (which is eternal) is the one inside the physical shell.
I actually experienced and felt my true self in my last lucid dream.
I think it was a few months ago on Friday. I went to bed late at night and fell asleep as usual. All of a sudden in my sleep, I because conscious. I mean 100 percent conscious as I am talking to you right now, and something started happening. I got very scared at first. I was like, "what the heck is going on?!?"
From being out cold in a sleep state, by this strong vibration I was awoken from unconsciousness to consciousness in my sleep.
In every one of my lucid dreams, the strong vibration wakes me up from a deep sleep to being totally 100 percent conscious in my sleep, then I feel a strong sense of pulling or free-fall sensation where I feel a strong G-force. It is very scary at first as it catches me by surprise.
It feels like this process lasts about 30 to 60 seconds.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, an experience like this is worth a million more. So, it is hard to explain this experience. One has to live it and feel it to understand what it is, but I will do my best to describe it.
The process that I am taking about each time I go into lucid dream starts with a vibration. The vibration is so fast and so strong. The first time this happened to me, I thought I was having a seizure in my sleep because it felt that strong, then it gradually subsided. It is hard to explain. Have you ever seen a fly on a piece of paper, turned over on its wings, and still fluttering? When you touch the paper while the fly flutters on its back, you feel such vibration. It is that kind of sensation and feeling. It feels like this vibration lasts for 20 seconds or so. Then I get hit by some sort of G-force sensation right afterwards. This feeling is like being on a freefall ride at Six Flags.
When you freefall, you feel like something is dropping inside, you feel tingly, and a bit lightheaded like you’re about to throw up and this happens right after vibration subsides.
Being scared, I tried to calm myself down and at that moment the idea hit me and I said to myself in my lucid dream "wait a second! I can use this as an opportunity to induce OBE". So, I let myself relax. In a true sense, I felt and I was aware that I (the real I) was inside my physical body. I felt like my physical body was a casket and I was captured inside that physical shell.
I felt isolated, apart from my physical body but yet still captured and stuck in it. "The real I" was the consciousness, the one doing the silent talking and thinking, the physical body was nothing more than a shell lying in bed motionless. I was thinking and referring to my body as a second person.
All of a sudden, my sense of hearing became conscious as well and I started hearing my wife sleeping next to me, breathing loud and heavy. While I was just about to try to induce OBE, I woke up from my lucid dream and noticed that my heart was beating like it was going to burst out of my chest.
I was truly disappointed that I didn't get a chance to have my very first OBE, but then again I was so grateful to have such a blissful experience. Ever since, on and off, I've been thinking about this experience. Even thinking about it fills my heart with peace and hope.
I just wanted to share this experience with all of you.
Thank you.

Good news, by reading this post... I know clearly that you will be able to astral project. You were very close to OBE, if you had read my book before hand, then with this experience you would have exited out. Two major methods were missing over there. To explain clearly, after you get the book, you will know where they were missing. But the great news is... you are able to astral project, just not finding the right techniques yet. Some people are not able to astral project, could be external problems, like a haunted house, or the stuffs in the room, might affect the projection, but these will not affect you.

WOW!!
You are as gifted as I!
The moment you feel those vibrations,. you are spiritually awake and ready to leave your body.
You just have to "know" that you can get up and out to go have fun.
It is "your imagination set free".
That is AP/OOBE, "your imagination set free."
There is no better way to explain it.
Everything you think and everything you truely believe becomes "real" .
Your soul leaves your body and the power GOD blessed you with is your creating force. That is the power of thought that you use to create your astral world.
If you can overcome every fear your soul has, then you have it made!
Good Luck!

I felt strong vibration in my dream. As soon as I felt the vibration, I became conscious, lucid in my dream, then I felt again the G-force like I was free-falling or getting sucked out of my body. As soon as I was conscious, I, right away, thought that it was an opportunity to induce out of body experience from my lucid dream. Then, in my lucid dream, I wondered if I could open my eyes and see my room. When I opened my eyes, I was lying on the left side of my face. Half of which was buried in pillow. So, I only had a partial view from the left eye. When I opened my eyes, my wife was not there, but the Beelzebub’s head was on her pillow, instead. I don’t think that he had a body. It was just his head on the pillow that I noticed. It was the scariest thing that I had seen. He did not have a one single hair on his face or on his head. He did not even have eyebrows. His face was red and looked exactly like the one in this website. ec1.images-amazon.com/images/I/41C432pqCmL._SS500_.jpgThe only two differences were that his horns on his head were very, very short, and that he had a normal tongue. It almost looked like his horns were just bumps on his head. Each one was about an inch long still under the red skin. His face was about a foot away from my face. He could not touch me or get any closer to me. All he could do was to open his mouth so wide as if to scream from the top of his lungs, but it was a silent scream. No sound came out of him. I had a strong feeling, a strong knowing that he was trying to scare me away from trying to induce out of body experience. It was like he was really trying to scare me so that I would close my eyes. For some reason, he didn’t want me to open my eyes. Then, I closed my eyes, and waited a few seconds thinking that he would go away. When I opened my eyes once again, his head was still there, and he opened his mouth as wide as he could and screamed at me from the top of his lungs as if to scare me into closing my eyes. Even though he made no sound, the scary effort he put into his scream was enough. (The strangest thing was that I didn’t even know [in real life] that the head that I saw in my lucid dream was the Beelzebub’s. To be honest with you, I didn’t even know what Beelzebub looked like until I saw his photo at amazon.com last week. Then I got chill all over my body thinking how I “possibly” can see a face of a being in my lucid dream that I have never seen in my real life? What the heck is going on here, Sapphire? What do you think?) Sapphire, do you think he might be trying to scare me from going out of body because I might have some potential and I might be (maybe!?) a challenge or a threat to him? What is his purpose? Then all of a sudden in my lucid dream, there was nothing but total darkness as I was floating toward the ceiling in my bedroom. Then I could see the shades of darkness. Then my vision got as better as it could at night. (but I was seeing things as if it were a dream not as real as in out of body experience. Even though the vision that I was seeing didn’t seem real, the feelings of this experience felt real [well, I guess dream feels real too. Huh?] ) then I started descending down near the floor. My body posture was horizontal (parallel to floor). And I felt that I was about 10 inches above the floor. The bedroom door was closed. (but in reality, our bedroom door, that night, was open). When I realized that the door was closed, I was like, “huh!?” (a bit puzzled) I felt like my consciousness was a bit lethargic, not smart enough to reason and think right on the spot. For a split second, I thought to myself, “now I am out of my body. What can I do or what should I do?” In normal daily consciousness, there are millions of things I want to do when I am out of body. I don’t even know which one to start with, but when you are kind of lethargic, you’re blocked out of every thought you’ve ever had, but in a split second, what you wanted to do pops in your head out of the blue. (a while back, I had asked my wife to place an object in the top drawer of the table in the living room, and told her not to ever tell me what the object was by accident, and that I would go and check the object when I have out of body experience and I would tell her what the object is) So, I remembered that I should go and check the object that my wife placed in the top drawer of the table in the living room, but thought for a second if I could go through the closed door. When I tried, I went through the door with ease and approached the table, and stuck my head inside the top drawer to see the object inside. I saw a doorknob kit with screws. I noticed that I could not see through so many objects at a time. What I mean is that, if there were a screw behind the doorknob (which there was), I could see the doorknob clearly and the screw behind it, but if there were a third object behind the screw as well. It would be difficult to see the third object and make out what it was. So I decided to elevate a bit to have a view form above to see everything clearly because it was my mission to tell my wife everything in the top drawer. Then I pulled my head out of the drawer and tried again to get a fresh look because I was concerned about forgetting the object when I woke up. When I stuck my head back in the drawer, the object inside the drawer was different. It was a tiny revolver embossed on plastic. I was like, “huh?, how did that happen?!?!”. Then I woke up from my lucid dream. So, what is your interpretation of this, Sapphire? Thank you so much. Congratulation to you, and congratulation to Sapphire. I can tell you got an out of body, you exited already, but wait till Sapphire will explain in detail for you.

There are simple ways to alter your brain chemistry to make it much easier to Astroproject. For example, take 3MG of Melatonin one hour before bed. Adults don't make as much melatonin as children do. That is why children have so many dreams. Adults; however, can develop the ability to astroproject. This requires age and lots of effort/experience.
