Has anyone been able to do an astral viewing on themselves to look for illnesses? I tried twice last week, but once I got too close and popped back in my body. And the second time, I was so far above my bed that I could not see my body under the sheets. Is it not possible to do this on yourself?  |

I did it once when I had a gallbladder attack and didn't know what it was (other than being a girl, I didn't fit the typical gallstone criteria). I projected inside my body and saw my gallbladder was scarred and inflamed, with a large stone inside. I always found this type of projection easier than trying to do it on another person, but I'm getting a lot better. If you imagine yourself as smaller than a cell, and enter in through your bloodstream, you can see what's going on inside your body.
