Great house you have, ... except that hole in the ceiling. You'd better fix it quick, before the rains come. ;D Great house! Any lawn? front or backyard?

(Did I mention this in the past?) Having a house- it is lots of work, you will never feel bored, and always find some work to do with the house. And you will become best friend of "Home Depo!" (It is houseware, tools chain store in the USA.) I used to have a house I know. Lucky you, do not have to mow lots of lawn. ;D Your house is very spacious, wait until you fill few kids and toys all over, then it will become ... small. Everyone starts like this. ;D

Congrats on the house! Home ownership has it's benefits (mostly tax related... lol). And be glad you have a small yard. We had one at our last house and then had a new one built (our current home) and got an acre. We've regretted it ever since. The upkeep is a total pain in the butt... to the point where I wonder if my neighbors would be upset if I threw down astro-turf.
On a brighter note, I have plenty of room to go out and do open-air magick in my own personal forest should I feel the desire, and no worries about my neighbors seeing me and thinking I'm nuts. ;D
