I found this on a paranormal website while browsing earlier. It's about a French academic turned Buddhist Monk who has mastered controlling his positive thoughts from meditation. Being happy all the time is a bad thing...it what makes us human. If we don't come to see our negative feeligns to exist, then we are in denial and creates a lie within our own minds....
You can't just turn away from negative thoughts...you must confront them. Then fix them

Then fix them I think it's all a state of mind and if you learn to completely control your state of mind then it's a very good thing.
