I'd certainly love it if you could give me pointers once I reach 200 posts, I certainly have enough involuntary APs. Jeez!

RE victorian AP. thats a strange one, it may just be a lucid dream, were you controlling your actions consciously, or just kind of following the pattern of the dream ? if its a recurring dream i have a few ideas as to why, just a few questions if you'd like to indulge me =) 1) can you feel emotions during the dream, if so, what are you feeling? are they strong emotions, like you'd feel everyday? 2) how vivid is it, does it blur every now and then? 3) is it always the same, with no differences? could you change the outcome of the dream if you wanted to? are you in control? 4) hows the ''camera angle'' from behind your own eyes, or like, third person (sounds strange but i have third person dreams a lot ) 5) any idea who you were meeting, and why you were hiding?

Certainly! Do these have to be in complete sentences? j/k lol
1) In this one, I was scared like that last victorian ap/time travel. It was an immense sense of..... forboding, if you will.
2) It was vivid, like in real life, or at the very least, a high-definition movie.
3) I really didn't feel like I could change things. I mean, I could control my own actions but it seemed as though the end result would've been the same regardless of me trying to change it. I could tweak some stuff, just not the end result.
4) I looked down and saw my dress, so I was looking through my eyes. I did move like I was floating.
5) I felt as though whoever I was meeting was killed. In fact, I felt like every member of my family was dead. As far as who was after me, I felt a sense that the guy was not only sinister and mean, but evil by supernatural sense, I guess "vampire" is the word that comes to mind, but he seemed less vunerable and more powerful, almost like an evil magician of sorts, but one that was extremely difficult to defeat.

best to ask sapphire( as usual) but to me it sounds like you may have projected ... somewhere helpful ! lol. i dont think it was you. you may have been seeing through someone else's eyes, they obviously sent out a psychic distress signal with all those emotions and you must have been hooked onto it, like a fish biting for a worm! (with fully conscious AP you would have had a choice to go or not, but seems you were drifting and got snagged by it. ) thats what i think if it happens again, try to project out of the womans body, if it is indeed not your astral you should break away, then you can try help

I think you need to practice to make weapons appear in astral. Everyone is different. Like me, I can make sword appear, different evils needs different sword, or spears. I can make gun appear all the way to a nuclear weapon appear in astral, or almost countless... You need to explore what you can make it appear in astral in order to defend yourself in astral.

The funny thing is, I had those same feelings when I first met T (my ex) at that same spot the first Victorian AP was at. Never had that with any other guy. Coincidence?

re sapphire ''creating weapons in astral'' this is very useful practice doing it ! personally i dont use weapons in astral, if im attacked i always find some way to redirect their attacks, o0r i just make a shield, im very passive like that ! theres been very few times ive been attacked, i think most astrals know to stay away i'll post in my dream log the most recent time someone has been attacked in an AP, it was actually my sister, and i saved her
