u are absolutelly right and i think ur on the right track - if u have some money ( real cash ) you have many different options. from what i can see - usually people don't have any cash, get married or start a business and get in debt to succeed in either case. and especially for the family get a huge house in an expensive area and pay it off till the rest of their lives. they pretty much become slaves to their existence. in my country also the same example - u have a huge difference in property value. a posh place in the capital one moderate house 100 m2 one floor, and a garden of about 150 m2 would go from 120.000 to 200.000 eur. while the same house outside the capital in the highlands/mountains or close to the lakes would be about 6 to 7 thousand eur. no tax ( something minimal ), u just have to pay monthly bills for internet, water, electricity, and wood ( for the winter ) but nobody wants to live there because too far from work and those are quiet places throughout the year. capital and main city is where all the action is

yes I know .... but on cebu not many taifunes .... also no tsunamis because of surrounding ilands ..... had many ideas, for example in austria there´s a guy building jurt - houses, like mongolian tents but stable and last for more than 70 years .... also heating no problem jurten.heim.at/idea: build a jurt for (4000 !!!!) and you have up to 150 m2 living space .... you can build them on the property of a friend or buy cheap properties where you are not allowed to build a normal house ... so instead of paying interest you have a house for less than 10.000 dollars including property ..... u can safe all the money and invest in property, stocks or just safe the money for anything else .... so you live like a red indian hehe ..... on 150 m2 .... very comfortable abd you always have money .... even no tax for house because officially u live in a tent .... or buy a house on philippines .... no tax for aliens and with 400$ you can live there easily ... or hungary: a full house with 200 m2 and 20.000 m2 propery for less than 10.000 dollar!!!!! hungary is safe too, no catastrophes, no terror, not much crime! 30k s away from vienna .... friend of mine bought an expensive house 10 years ago -like most people, till today he lives a poor life because he works all day and cant even afford a coffee .... like the book "rich dad - poor dad" .... house on philippines as asset, not liability .... they rent it out while I am not there, I get up to 800$ a month out of it, prices go up for house, and while I am living there I safe money because its cheap there .. hehe ..... in south africa rich guys live in joburg like hell ... and work day by day to afford their nice beach house next to durban or capetown ... I lived in such a house because ..... people are afraid of burglaries ... I had the full house for less than 200$ a month ..... so I lived there 50 weeks a year ..rich guy 2 weeks .... so who is rich ..... I had the house .... car ..... drive a beach buggy, its fun and u get one for 700$ ..... the only thing what is limited is your lifetime .....why waste it by working 60 housr a week to pay your debth ..... man whole europe is in debth .... america is in debth ... all third world countries are in debth ..... free your mind from money hehe ..... I am very jealous of your life style. ;D

hmmmm .... well I have no choice ..... in vienna for example women ONLY seem to like men who "spend all their money" in: big car big flat go out 3 times a week for 100 euro .... in german its called "leidenschaftlich" .... literally meaning a man who "brings pain" to women !!! so women like men who are oekonomical idiots and bring "pain" to then hehe ..... well I am afraid I dont bring enough pain to women so I am again single- ..... but I safed LOTS of money and so I am free .... for example a filipina women normally stands to her man and I can afford to have a woman on philippines .... in austria I am broke within 3 months AND almost 80% divorce rate .... its worth nothing to get married .... everybody - boys and girls .... tjey play around and feelings change like the wind .... today he / she is in love with u ... tomorrow they lie in bed with anybody else .... prefer to have a great life - house in paradise and anice weekend with yoga, relaxation, swim in the sea or mountain climbing .... this weekend there was a great ashtanga yoga workshop, lots of fun, nice conversations, lots of new techniques ..... why waste my lifetime with beer, discos and useless chicks hehe ... for example: you go out 2 times a week in vienna ..... minimum of 100 euros ... x52 is 5200 euros .... .... after 5 year you own a house on philippines for that money! car: 1200 euros insurance, 120 euros highway tax, 80 euro adac membership, 500 euros repair costs, petrol about 4000 euros a year. ....5700 euros + car itself (15.000 euros) ... flat: my flat costs 9000 a year and this is a morce cheap flat! tax: about 10.000 euros only tax! and all this just for a single person without man / woman and no kids! ...... in comparison: philippines - house for 25000, living costs max. 500 euros a month and no tax .... for me decision is clear, no woman, no kids, no car, no house .... just I keep a flat I own outside of vienna and will buy house on philippines, I safe up to 60.000 each year .... man I am a spiritual person, but with an oeconomical sense hehehe 500 euros means I can survive from 10 yoga lessons a month .... .... so all i need to do is work 15 hours a month ;-) why work 9 to 5 (8 to 8) for nothing but divorce, car crash, debth, stupid neighbours, tax, police fees ..... my india swami always asked new arrivals ...... how long do you want to continue with that .... its a circle of death, a circle of stupidity, a circle of materialism .... work for nothing .... AND your company ... they dont respect you, fire you after 30 years within one day .... they destroy nature, harmony, humanity, love, respect for others ... just some grey men who make you work by stimulating your fears .... suggesting you need insurances, house, car and everything .... my swami is 83 and she lives in ashram with nothing, she is very healthy and still does very good yoga every day, she sleeps on a wooden plank, sometimes under the meditation tree in the grass with not even a cover sheet .... and she is happy ... have talked to sadhus (indian "black magic" beggars) ..... they say they cant afford to own something because it makes their heart poor .... ownling something is to "expensive" for them hehe ....

yes I hope so too .....
I listen to people ... he/she hasnt got much money and just an old car .....no I wont meet him / her ... makes me sad ....
no word about love, what do you need if there are loving friends and a lifepartner who loves you, all the cars, houses .... you get bored from it easily ....
in vienna I see all these small minded people with their high heels, fancy cars .... they are not happy ....
whatever they have ... they want something else ..... they have a good looking partner ... the moment they have him .... they want somebody else ... they have a big merc ..... as soon as the first ferrari crosses their way they dont feel satisfied in their brand new merc 600
I have been driving a merc in southafrica, after 3 weeks it was just a car; today I dont even own a car and I like it not to be worried ( here in vienna u dont need one)
all I really like is flats / houses in nice surroundings, here next to vienna I can go hiking or mountain climbing / skiing .... on philippines I ll swim every day, maybe buy a little boat ...
I am really scared if I ride my bicycle and pass a subway station .... all these people come out of a ratwhole like gremlins .... like braindead zombies ....
I love life, I love spirituality, the whole planet is so beautiful ....
when we go shopping ... they wrap everything in 1000 papers .... and we all know the planet doesnt take much more trash, oil e.g. ....
nobody does anything ....
hmmm after beeing in india and my astral experiences / kundalini experiences .... it really hits me hard if I see these things ....

Spirituallity for one thing - you should concentrate on that. But be sure to understand - what makes you happy. i'll tell u a funny story: long time ago i was in a group of students for some special classes... so this really good teacher ( she was a language teacher ) - asked the whole class: - " what do you think makes u happy " - i looked at everybody's face and could see that each one of them was thinking of something - but not the correct answer... so the teacher goes - " it is the most reasonable rhetoric question every psychologists asks a student. but don't forget whatever field you choose, the main thing that make you happy is people, friends, soul-mates, colleagues. when you go to work you meet peoples greeting smile, when you go to classes you share their difficulties and moments of joy, when you are with ur partners you share their feelings, when with the family ur all "losing ur mind - LoL " - THIS is what makes u fundamentally happy " it was one of the most touching speech she made and it stuck to me because - everything she said was correct. so I think this is an important thing ur forgetting in ur posts. Love towards the people can make you change ur opinion in many different cases - Even where u live at the moment - or where u'll live in the future ...

good postings .... there is some truth in it .... children: yes but I need the right woman for that and in vienna everybody is running afrter the money and women/men tend to stay single .... I guess the last months have been necessary - like walking through a valley to reach the next top of the mountain ...APs get better again - at least some lucid dreams and intensive dreams ... hhmmm strange thing with vienna is .... feels like harry potter first part hehe .... everybody is rude, doesnt believe in magic - like in most cities .... even for me its very difficult to give love if you dont recieve anything - this is why I love india .... people react exactly to what you give to them ... I felt 1000000 times more love than in any western country .... just a smile and you get back a nice answer and people invite u into their homes .... and in no time you have 100 friends .... in vienna I go to the same restaurant since 12 years when I am in europe: and still the waiter says "sie" (in german a phrase for somebody you dont know) and is very unfriendly .... wispers like gollum: what do u want .... and throws the plate like u r a dog ..... in subway people look away, nobody talks, women try everything not to look a t you and even if they love u they would rather cut a leg than say - I like u .... well german coldness I guess ..... truth is that in almost any other country people are much mor friendly ... I really love the mountains of austria, the old cities, all the magic and mystical orders or druid like farmers ... but vienna is some kind of academic apocalyse ..... if you are a PHD you are a god, you run around with ties and suit and look very arrongant and ur little dog pisses at the neighbours doorway every day hehehe ... well even jesus pulled the money changers out of the temple in anger ..... but I try my best ;-)

Just haven't cut it financially yet. Much of what you say is true, about people not being haqppy because they are always chasing the next best thing. I have never been to Vienna, but the way you describe it, it doesn't sound too much different than the states...although I'm sure it is. Isn't India failry dangerous for Chritsains or whites right now with all the muslims? Maybe I am wrong. My dad went there in the 70s and loved it. I would love to go sometime.
